Delivery Time
On average deliveries will take 5 to 10 Business Days + or - 3 days depending on the area of the country or state you are in. For areas close to our warehouse, delivery time can be shorter and for some Remote areas delivery time can take a few days longer.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Deliveries are available on mattresses we have inventory on in our warehouses. A representative will contact the customer to schedule delivery time within 24 hours of purchase with a 3 to 4 hour window of time on delivery Day. If next day is required please call to confirm that the mattress is in stock before ordering.
White Glove Delivery:
Delivery includes 2-person delivery, inside placement, stair carries (up two flights of stairs), unpacking, shipping debris removal, and light assembly limited to 30 minutes.
Free White Glove Delivery For All Mattresses And Adjustable Beds (Except For AK and HI)
We only offer White Glove Delivery not standard delivery. The reason is white glove delivery allows the customers to fully inspect the mattress while the delivery people are there, so if there is any problem the customer can refuse the delivery and we will replace the mattress in the even of any problem. Some other stores offer standard delivery which may be on paper cheaper but in our opinion it can be more expensive and more problematic since the customer can not inspect the mattress.
Mattress Disposal:
Old Mattress Removal and disposal From premises. Removal is currently only offered for orders in the 5 Boroughs of NYC, NJ, some areas of PA and CT. If you need removal please always call to double check that your area is covered at 212-840-1717.
Scheduling Delivery
After your order is placed we will email you tracking instructions within two business days of placing your order. In addition our Shipping Department will call or email when the mattress is two days away from reaching the customers destination. From there the customer will choose a day and time window for delivery. (Time windows can be 3 to 5 hours) Any problems whatsoever we ask the customers to call us right away to allow us to solve any issues.

We offer a 90 Day Comfort Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the mattress comfort level after sleeping on your new mattress for 4 weeks you are entitled to 1 same size mattress exchange. Which means for example if we deliver a full size mattress and later a customer decides they want a queen size we will only exchange to another full size mattress, not to a queen king or twin size. This exchange only applies to the first mattress you purchased. Why four weeks? Sometimes it may take up to four weeks to get properly acclimated to your new mattress. You can exchange to a mattress of equal or greater value paying the difference in cost of the original mattress selected and new mattress. If the customer chooses a less expensive mattress we do not credit back the difference and there is still an exchange fee for 150.00. Customers have 90 days to arrange to request an exchange from the date you received your mattress. Exchange fees are 150.00.
All returned mattresses are either donated, sold to businesses that can recycle materials or simply disposed of resulting in a total loss. So we ask our customers to do their best in selecting a mattress as we will do our best to assist customers choose a mattress that will satisfy their comfort needs.
Order Cancellation
Customers have 48 hours to cancel a purchase from time of order to receive a full refund unless the order was specified by the customer for same or next day shipment. For orders of mattresses that we have in stock that are shipped out Next Day from our warehouse, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Costs can vary from our local delivery area to remote areas in the nation. Any questions regarding our policy please call us or email us with your question.
If your new mattress comes damaged during the shipping we will replace your mattress at no charge. In the unfortunate event that your mattress does arrive damaged please make note on the shippers receipt, refuse the shipment and call us at 212-840-1717 to arrange replacement.
